Nick Bush

Principal

Bush Consulting Group

Bush Consulting Group specializes in helping leaders of innovation-driven businesses execute their most critical growth initiatives. His work in detailed cost analysis and profit benchmarking at the product/SKU level spans 25 years, and has been integral to product launch, M&A, and turnaround efforts at over two dozen Fortune 500 companies and many smaller organizations.

Prior to Bush Consulting Group, Nick was a Vice President at Newry Corporation, a regional early-stage product advisory firm, and Telesis, a business strategy consultancy spun out from the Boston Consulting Group.

Nick holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, where he studied business and engineering.

Intellicosting provides clients with product cost knowledge to help them reach strategic goals, identify innovative design solutions to achieve verifiable savings, and deliver supply chain management solutions. John has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, DFM/A, competitive assessment, launch, manufacturing planning, product strategy, and manufacturing strategy.

Prior to Intellicosting, John was the Global Champion for Cost Benchmarking at General Motors Corporation and served in positions in manufacturing engineering, launch, operations, product strategy, and wireless communications.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an M.B.A. from the Wayne State University.

Troy Meinhard

KnowHow takes a strategy-driven approach to critical business decisions that is based on data-driven insights. Troy’s cross-functional corporate experience in Operations, Finance, and Marketing complements his perspective from 15 years in management consulting. His work focuses on assessing new market opportunities, reducing ambiguity for decision-makers, and creating pragmatic implementation plans.

Prior to KnowHow, Troy was a partner with the boutique firm Enlight Advisors, led Pfizer R&D Division’s Resource Forecasting and Modeling Group, and was a Consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts in German from Wartburg College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
